Creating a New Account
Creating a new crystal account is totally free. You will be able to access all Premium features for 30 days without needing to enter your credit card. After those 30 days, you'll be able to choose whether to sign up for a Premium account with full features or stick to a Free account.
To create a new account with crystal, you should first be logged out of any existing account. You can do so by pressing your profile item in the top right corner of the platform, then pressing the Logout item from the dropdown menu.
Once on the main page, share your basic info with crystal using the Advisor. Insert your name and email address, then create a password (adhere to the password restrictions outlined by crystal).
Once you’ve shared your basic info, crystal sends a confirmation email your way. You can confirm your email address immediately, or do so later. Don’t worry, if you choose to leave the Advisor and check your email, you can pick up exactly where you left off with the Advisor by following the link in the confirmation email.
Once your account is created, the next step is adding your social channels. Press the social icon in the Advisor to connect your first channel (side note: you may need to enable pop-ups from crystal on your browser).
Channels that connect to crystal: Facebook (pages only), Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn (pages only), Google Analytics, YouTube, and Woocommerce.
Follow the instructions in the pop up box to connect your channel. Once connected, go ahead and connect another one or simply Do it later. You can add more channels later using the Connector tab at the top of the page.
In the Connector tab, simply switch the toggle from Off to On next to the social channel that you want to connect to your account. Follow the instructions in the pop up box to connect your channel. Any errors that may prevent you from connecting a channel will appear at the bottom of the page.
Managing Account Settings
To change any basic account info later, press your profile item at the top of the page. Learn more about managing account and billing settings here.
