In crystal, a brand is your personal core, and groups all of the channels that you’ll be monitoring. Upon creating your account, you’re also creating your one brand (My Brand) in crystal, which collects the channels that you added using the advisor. The advisor will give you all data related to this brand.
This can be your personal brand, or a company brand that you’re managing. You can give your brand a name, upload a logo or image for your brand, and/or select a color to assign to your brand.
To manage multiple brands in crystal, go Premium. Then, the advisor can give you info related to the brand you select.
Adding and Managing Brands
To view your brand's details, press your profile item in the top right corner, then press the View Brands item from the dropdown menu. The Brands page is divided into two tabs: Your Brands and Other Brands.
As the account owner or admin, you can add and edit brands to better monitor and manage your data in crystal. Press the plus icon to create a brand. Give your brand a name, then upload a logo or image for your brand, or select a color to assign to your brand.
Use the Country and Timezone dropdown menus to assign a country and timezone to the brand, then in the Associated Teams section, assign a team to your monitor and manage your brand. Then, press Done.
Now, use the Connector to connect your social channels to your brand. Again, this brand will group these specific channels that you’re connecting and monitoring. These channels can be changed at any time.
You can edit a brand at any time by accessing the main Brands page in your platform, then press the brand’s name or logo to edit details. To delete the brand, press the Delete button in the top right corner. Remember to press Done to save any changes you made.
Viewing Other Brands
Owners or admins of other crystal accounts may invite you to be a member of a team that’s assigned to manage certain brands that they’ve added in crystal.
To view these brands, access the main Brands page, then move to the Other Brands tab. Press the brand to view more information. Please note that depending on the role you’ve been assigned in the team managing the brand, you may or may not be able to view certain details and data related to the brand.
