Your customized analytics dashboard is found in the Analytics area of crystal. By accessing the Analytics tab, you can find social and digital marketing data related to your channels while having the ability to add, resize or drag and drop widgets.
The data in this area can be divided by channels using the tabs at the top of the page: My Favorites, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, YouTube, and WooCommerce. Please note that only the My Favorites dashboard can be customized.
By default, the analytics widgets in the My Favorites dashboard show multichannel data for the current week. To change the time period of data, press the date picker in the top left corner of the page. Simply select a start date and end date on the calendar to select the dates. You can go back to any date since your channels were opened, and data will be instantly updated.
By default, most widgets already appear in the My Favorites dashboard. To customize which data appears in the dashboard, use the Manage metrics button on the top right corner of the page. In the slide out panel, use the Multichannel dropdown menu to select whether you want to see data for multiple channels, or for a specific channel connected to your brand. Please note that some widgets only apply to certain channels, while others work for multiple channels.
Once you’ve selected the channel, flag which widgets you want to view in your dashboard. Widgets are divided into three sections: Statistics, Content, and Demographics.
To learn about each widget, press the I button inside of the widget to read a description. To delete a widget from the dashboard, press the ellipsis icon in the widget, then the Delete item that appears.
Widgets that appear in the Analytics area can also be included in your crystal reports. Refer to this article to learn more about creating and managing custom reports.
