To create custom reports by mixing and matching channels, statistics, content, and demographics widgets, access the Reports area using the corresponding tab at the top of your home page.
On the main Reports page, you can view a list of all your created reports, as well as add new reports or edit and delete existing reports.
Creating a Report
To create a new custom report, access the Reports tab, then press the Create a New Report button in the top right corner of the page. In the pop up box, give your report a name, then press Create. On the next page, press the Add Some Data button.
In the slide out panel, use the Multichannel dropdown menu to select whether you want to see data for multiple channels, or for a specific channel connected to your brand. Please note that some widgets only apply to certain channels, while others work for multiple channels.
Once you’ve selected the channel, flag which widgets you want to view in your report. Widgets are divided into three sections: Statistics, Content, and Demographics.
To learn about each widget, press the I button inside of the widget to read a description. To delete a widget from the report, press the ellipsis icon in the widget, then the Delete item that appears.
To change the time period of data in the report, press the date picker in the top left corner of the report. Simply select a start date and end date on the calendar to select the dates. You can go back to any date since your channels were opened, and data will be instantly updated.
Editing a Report
To edit an existing report, access the Reports tab, find the report in the list, then press the report’s row. On the report’s page, press the Metric Selector button.
In the slideout panel, you can flag or unflag various widgets to make them appear or disappear from the report in real time, or use the Multichannel dropdown menu to change channel data.
