To manage the channels connected to your brand, access the Connector Tab from the top of your platform. In this area, you can switch the toggles to connect or disconnect which channels are connected to your brands in crystal.
crystal supports Facebook and LinkedIn pages (not personal accounts), Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Google Analytics, and WooCommerce accounts.
You’ll see that some channels may already be connected to your brand. These are the channels that you connected when creating your account. If you’re not the account owner or an Admin, you will simply be able to see which channels are connected to the brands managed by your team.
Please note that the Connector will connect the channels to your currently selected brand in crystal. If you’re managing multiple brands in crystal, make sure you have a specific brand selected before using the Connector. To know more about brands, click here.
Connecting and Disconnecting Channels to Brands
To connect channels to your selected brand, switch the toggles from Off to On (from grey to purple). Then, follow the steps in the pop up box to connect your channels.
Once a channel is connected, you can use all of the crystal features, including the Advisor, to monitor and manage it. To disconnect a channel at any time, simply return to the Connector tab and switch the toggle from On to Off.
Once disconnected, crystal will no longer monitor that channel. Please note upon disconnected a channel, crystal will lose track of the channel’s data, so we recommend keeping the channel connected.
Connecting your WooCommerce Account
By connecting your WooCommerce account to your crystal premium account, you can use the smart plugin in your crystal platform to monitor your e-shop, maximize results and boost your business.
By activating this plugin, you’ll be notified in real-time on the best time to run new Facebook or Instagram campaigns, run a flash sale, or learn about your best selling products or those that may need some attention.
In the Websites section in the Connector tab, press the View Details item to view the description and download instructions. Follow the instructions to download and activate the plugin. Once activated, you can ask the advisor about various topics related to your WooCommerce account.
