Using the advisor on the crystal mobile app is very simple and similar to using the advisor on the desktop platform. Once you’ve downloaded the crystal mobile app, the crystal advisor greets you upon opening the app, and guides you through the account creation process if you don’t yet have an account.
If you already have a crystal account, press the Login button in the top right corner, enter your account credentials, then sign into your account.
Using the Advisor on Mobile
The advisor is always the core of your app, so she’ll greet you upon logging in. Remember that just like on the desktop platform, the advisor will give you data related to your currently selected brand. Go here to learn more about brands.
To ask a question, type your question into the text area and press Return on your keyboard, or press the microphone button on the page to ask your question vocally. Make sure that the app has access to your microphone. If not, you will be asked to configure your phone’s settings before you can ask a question vocally.
You can speak to the crystal advisor digitally or vocally in the language in which your phone is currently set.
If you need conversation starters to get going with the advisor, press the i button at any time to see some example questions, or refer to this article for more suggestions.
The advisor will save your conversation history for that specific device, so you can simply scroll up throughout the conversation to view past insights.
