The crystal advisor is the core of your crystal platform. Powered by artificial intelligence, the advisor turns a simple conversation into easily understandable suggestions and actions to boost your digital marketing.
Your customized analytics dashboard in the platform, where you can find social and digital marketing data related to your channels while having the ability to add, resize or drag and drop widgets.
A brand is your personal core, and groups all of the channels that you’ll be monitoring. Upon creating your account, you’re also creating your one brand (My Brand) in crystal, which collects the channels that you added using the advisor. The advisor will give you all data related to this brand. This can be your personal brand, or a company brand that you’re managing.
In this area, you can view real-time data related to any campaigns that you’ve created in Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or Google Adwords. Within each campaign, you can view each Ad Group, every ad within a group, and specific data related to the ad’s performance.
Your social channels or websites that you connect to your crystal account upon signing up for crystal, or using the Connector tab. Channels that you can currently connect to crystal are Facebook and LinkedIn pages, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Google Analytics, and WooCommerce accounts.
In this area, you can switch the toggles to connect or disconnect which channels are connected to your brands. crystal supports Facebook and LinkedIn pages (not personal accounts), Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Google Analytics, and WooCommerce accounts.
This functionality gives you a walk through of the platform. Press your profile item in the top right corner, then press the Explore crystal item from the dropdown menu. Tooltips will appear in your interface, guiding you through various areas of crystal.
One of the modes used for crystal’s Smart Scheduler. For this mode, you let crystal schedule your content to be published on the most effective date and time.
With the crystal Publisher, you can schedule content to publish at the most effective time for your multiple channels using a custom scheduler, or using the Smart Scheduler feature. In this area of the platform, you can schedule, draft, or manage your social content.
An area of the platform where you can create custom reports by mixing and matching channels, statistics, content, and demographics widgets. Here, you can view a list of all your created reports, as well as add new reports or edit and delete existing reports.
One of the modes used for crystal’s Smart Scheduler. For this mode, you choose the schedule day, then crystal picks the most effective time to publish the content.
A content scheduler in your platform’s Publisher area that calculates your brand’s personal engagement data and finding the best time to schedule your content. The Smart Scheduler works in two modes: Smart mode or Genius mode.
Groups of users that manage brands in the platform. Teams can be composed of admins, editors, viewers, and clients, depending on which permissions and data you want them to view and perform in crystal. Multiple teams can work on the same brand, and vice-versa, teams can work on multiple brands. Teams can be composed of the account owner, additional admins, editors, viewers, and/or clients.
